Do you think these anatomy errors are a big problems? Because I'm not really sure, the cat you posted isn't anatomically correct with real cats too I think

As bombshell said, blacksad is basically a furry human with a pretty special face, but your rendition of him doesn't abide the the same volumes or shapes, and makes him look pretty weird in the end

also you need to fix the jaggies that are all over your sprite, and add some contrast to the shades (also shade the head)
