Although the line art for these seems pretty good, your shading and pixel placement are a bit off.
Just about all of these sprites suffer from extreme banding and pillowshading issues, making them
seem blurry and flat, also losing readability.
If you don't know what these terms mean, take a look through this thread and familiarize yourself with them.
A unified light-source and higher contrast on some of your palettes would help readability as well, particularly with the skin and faces.
