Does the weapons sheet go in ALL the MS games?

Well, it is a compilation sheet. The LASER Gun first appeared in MS2, and the rest of the weapons(Along with the "Pulse" ones) appeared with every subsequent installment from MSX/MS3 onwards.

Also forgot to mention back there, but the Iron Lizard was updated too. The "Big" versions are also used as bombs for some Slugnoid units, with a different palette. Said palette is now included in the sheet, but you probably noticed that by now.
