Oh man, looks like the constructive criticism reached you a bit late.

First of all, the Sonic Meets Mega Man one is full of clashing sprite styles, which are very off-putting to any comic.
Second of all, your fan characters seem really uninspired and have poor color palettes, as well as being badly shaded.
A lot of the things that characters say also seem to be a bit out-of-character, and some characters it's hard to find their personalities.
The text bubbles in some of them look okay, and pretty clean, but that's the only thing I can find interest in.

Anyway, I don't have the attention span or interest to read every issue, but it doesn't look like something that would be very interesting anyway.
