It's from The Neverhood, a point-and-click adventure/puzzle game. I only discovered it very recently but it's awesome. It is clay animation so that might be why it seems familiar.
Anyway this is from a cutscene where the main character Klaymen eats a fruit (?) from a tree, he chews it a couple of times so I thought it would be fun to have a GIF of it.
