Marvel vs Capcom 3 exists. There's even an Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom.
If you made a mistake and actually meant Capcom vs SNK 3, then no, that doesn't exist. However, we can wait forever for the super awesome Tekken X Streetfighter (Namco's Streetfighter X Tekken).
