I only own 3D land, though you can almost say I own NSMB 2 twice already (nyuck yuck yuck).
Seriously though, I thoroughly enjoy 3D land. It is probably the closest to a newer Mario feel on a handheld. Paper Mario is visually appealing and has awesome music, but I hear it has a bad story and people miss the more unique paper Mario characters compared to what they replaced them with. For me gameplay is everything, and i haven't played it. :/
