You got Sonic's run animation confused. Remove the 4th animation, it looks like he is kicking. Super Sonic looks like it needs better colors, Final Smash Waiting may need to be darker, a lone animation to how the palletes work.

i appreciate it but though when u said final smash waiting needs to be darker u meant the eyes right

Technically, I think you missed the point. make the skin a few pixels darker, while reducing the eye color one pixel darker, because there's supposed to be an arua that surrounds the character as soon as they grab the smash ball.

however, DON'T include the arua, make the final smash colors a few pixels darker.

oh okay i get ya now btw did anybody make any smash ball aura sprites???
