When the character, Aigis, idles, there's a glow effect around her. Is the glow effect a sprite or something related to GLSL/HLSL shader effects (Programming wise)? This question also applies to her skills/attacks, for example, when Aigis performs an attack at 32 seconds in the video, all the visual effect, are those sprites?
