I don't think there are codes for the enemies, I found some stat cheats on gamehacking and a FAQ on neoseeker, but nothing interesting.

Btw, you should make quicksaves. I'm doing it all the time with my epsxe emulator and it really comes in handy when you need stuff from earlier stations in the game.
