It's illegal to do that. Now if you made the shirts and gave them out for free in some way, like a contest prize or something, that's perfectly legal and falls under fair use.
Since LPs are generally a full run of the game, it's perfectly reasonable for the creators/publishers of the game to get the money LPers are trying to reap from making videos of the whole thing.
So it's illegal to review a movie, or a book or a game and profit over it, huh?
