Yes, but fair use is very fuzzy in the context of video games. Unless a LPer performed every action at every point on the snap grid, they did not demonstrate the entirety of the game.
People who want to support the content they're accessing.
Editing to add: I don't have an issue with Nintendo profiting from Let's Play videos which showcase their material, but I do feel like there should be split profits with the owner and creator of the commentary and video editing which is as responsible for the profit as the game itself is.
