Updates (Star Ocean) ---> completely re-ripped (except the tiles) due to graphical glitches

The mentioned glitches are coming from the "New GFX Engine" in zsnes (key 8) and it differes from map to map if it affects the ripping positively or negatively.
For example:
- Celestial Starship needs the enabled New GFX Engine, the tiles would be too bright without it.
- The Parj Temple Entrance and Sylvalant Exterior needs a disabled engine, or one pixel at the top and four pixels at the left side will be covered in some weak-transparent fog.
I'm usually going with the palette from vSNES to decide if I shut it off or not. Also checking miscoloured pixels as mentioned.
By the way, it's really cool that the maps repeat itself like in Secret of Mana, this makes it very easy to get them 100% complete.
