I just got DKC Returns 3D. Good port, but the controls are so awkward compared to the Wii version. I'm too used to having the run button be the same as the rolling button.

... I don't remember that EVER being a thing in the Wii version

If you played sideways Wiimote then yeah it was the same as the grab button, but rolling was waggle

You can change the controls to use the D-Pad if you want though

I am also playing DKCR3D. It is very fun game. Controls are nice and fluent though I'm the sort of person who never had a problem with the waggle controls on the Wii version anyway.
