To answer the other question - Krew and Praxis didn't appear in Jak 3 due to being killed in the previous game. Vin was a casualty as well, but he does appear albeit as a digital avatar of sorts for one mission... it's hard to explain what happened with him XD Said avatar isn't in the model viewer though.
