I'd suggest using the Icon Maker (or alternatively, an in-browser version) to make things easier, since your font shouldn't be white, and should be Verdana, size 7.
(if you don't want to redo them, select "new icon" (ctrl + N), then "open" (ctrl + O) your icons into the program and clear the text (ctrl + R), then re-enter it (ctrl + T))
