Except Alomomola is a clever name, because the pokemon is based on an Ocean Sunfish (also known as Mola Mola)

Except that cleverness means jack if it's uncomfortable to look at, read, and say.

I think that's all up to opinion. Alomomola is just one "mola" attached to another "mola", but backwards, with an "o" between them (which admittedly I only just now noticed, but still, might make it a bit easier). I also don't know what else that Pokémon could have been named that wouldn't have been ridiculous or stupid.

on another subject, I'm glad that some of the plain old Normal-Types are being made part-Fairy because half of them are just boring and too weak for battle. this makes Pokémon like Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff and possibly Snubbull/Granbull have some actual strengths and be possibly useful in battle.
