I maybe looking a bit too far into it, but it seems that in the trailer Bowser has two different forward tilts. He has his usual punch amd then a drop kick. Neither seem to be smashes or involve his A combo.

I'm pretty sure the drop kick is a new dash attack. Sakurai seems like he wants Bowser to be more agile, considering he now stands more upright and he actually runs instead of turning into a turtle-mobile or whatever that was.
