well if he ripped it from the GC version then it should be put under that section.
also, the icon is nice but any chance of getting one with a shot of the game in action or is that too difficult?

It should really go under Other Systems. It may be using GameCube-based hardware (TriForce), but the game itself was never released on the GameCube, Dolphin just somewhat-recently got the ability to emulate TriForce-based games as if they were GC games.
