Is the Yoshi from the games featuring the adult Mario supposed to be the same Yoshi from Yoshi's Island/Touch & Go/Island DS?
I always took it as the Yoshi who is friends with the adult Mario is the Yoshi Star Child from the end of Island DS, who also happens to be the protagonist of Yoshi Story, but I'm not sure if this is the common understanding?
