@Kriven, It's my guess that what you have there is only a controller for a bootleg device, not the device itself.
That appears to be a sega genisis cable end, which probably means that it used to plug into another device that
would then be attached to the tv.
We have several Asian vendors at our local flea market, and they all have boxes full of simular products.
a quick search brought me to this page which has a review on your item.
It seems that you may only have the 2nd player controller, if so, I'm afraid your bootleg romp has been canceled.
