Layton Brothers: Mystery Room
Spin-off murder investigation game that doesn't play like the DS Professor Layton games, but is still interesting.
The game is still puzzle-oriented in the fact that you have to investigate the crime scene for clues and determine the culprit based on such clues and suspect's statements, and it's quite enjoyable. The dialogue is 2D, and the crime scene is 3D, allowing you to rotate the scene in search for hidden pieces of evidence.
One thing that bugs me though is the use of "were" where "was" feels more fitting, but doing a quick search online shows that it's normal (I still haven't gotten used to it though ).
