Hey people, I think I need some help.



I've got this character who is supposed to be a boulder (a big rock), but I've spent so much time with the character that I can't really tell if she actually reads as a rock or not, and I'm thinking probably she could stand to look more like a rock.

I'm having a hard time making her look more rock-like, so I'm looking for some tips on that and really just any critique on the character design or technical details.

Feel free to criticize the other two dudes too, but mostly right now I'm focusing on Dianne
