Well, if it turns out to be anything like Black and White, the evolution levels may be way up there again, so you may not see that happen for a long while XD. I feel like they did that because of the exp system update, and the abundance of Audino, but it was still a bit excessive.

Considering the fact that the region is rumored to be much larger than past regions, I'd say evolutions will be higher leveled like in B&W to avoid having you have fully evolved teams earlier on.
