I'm really not sure either. Does it cycle? I know the whole section of the wall counts as one "sprite" so maybe you can just have the whole cycle off to the side? That's what tripped me up too. On the bright side, once you get that done, the Last Village will be a cinch.

I would separate the Ioka Huts and Meeting Place though, just for consistency. Looking good!

It does cycle, however, the palette of the sprites dont change like other glowing things. Each save state i check with Vsnes is the same. My guess is, its a tranparent overlay that slightly change or move.
