Tougher than I thought. Some of the lights are "under" the other layers in the editor, but are perfectly visible in-game.

Edit: @Vehek: For some reason im not able to turn on the layer 3 in tempFlux. The option is just greyed out. Do you know why?
So finally ripping the lights with vsnes isnt that easy, its pretty scrambled. However, i did rip the light of a single tent as an example. Here it is.
Edit2: Added Lavos Interior and Fiona Forest. The lightning effect is the same as the Ioka Hut so yeah.. That should be all what was left on your list.
