Yeah, you should remake it.
BUT, when/if you do, first just make the line-art and let us see it. If you don't know, a line-art's just the drawing in lines, no shading, no colors, just a black/white drawing. So, from the very start, you can change the shape to make it look good without having wasted time shading.
Also, next time, use your reference picture more, that'll save you some heart-ache.
