I personally think that's rather cool. It definitely improves the immersion, it'd be like you're actually commanding your troops (rather than using a cursor to magically control them). The accuracy seems pretty sweet, and you can assign your own custom voice commands.

Until someone like me in the UK tries to play it and nothing at all works.
