Well, it's a little vague, but this is essentially what I was aiming for:

A Glitch Pokemon based on a roach and a RAM chip. Yet to have a name.
Type: Dark/Bug
This critter enjoys to annoy humans by messing up their electronic devices. The reason behind this behavior is unknown

It makes its nest inside broken computers. It feeds on silicon, which it gets from the RAM chips inside the machines.
