To elaborate on what Chris said, what I think he means is that you need to do something about the right arm (as in the character's right) of the girl. Since there aren't any humans in fiction who have a realistic body structure and rubber hose limbs at the same time, you age better off giving the arm a more angled bend instead of a noodle bend. Besides, it's not like you're trying to draw Olive Oil, so stay away from rubber hose limbs unless you want to create a sprite sheet of a more cartoonish character, such as Mickey Mouse.
