I love Waluigi, so i love this idea
the game idea could have been "Waluigi files his w-2's," and I'd still be on board
Is Waluigi confined only to the areas you have outlined? If he is to pay rent and is short,
how is he getting money? You could include a Mushroom Kingdom Unemployment Office
that he can go to every day and find temp jobs (mini games) to earn those few precious
bucks that he is short of. The mini games can all sorts on menial labor that hardly pass as
ideas for games, like Mopping, or Floor buffing, or Dog walking, or waiting tables at a local
restaurant chain or washing the elderly in a retirement home. Titillating!
