Thanks for your great work DemonBoy.

How complicated is it to convert/extract the wpn format? I really like to check out Goofy's, Donald's and the weapons of the other companions (Tarzan, Aladdin & Peter Pan).

It's not too hard if you know how to work with hex.
You just have to add custom bone data and rewrite some values.

If you want I could tell you what I know through PM or in the thread.
Other than that you could wait until I start ripping the models myself
