Not fixed anything, but just a thought;

It's possible that Booyah Boy made a mistake. Those palettes may be from the data and look somewhat like they would fit, but are never used, or are used by a different character.
Just a thought.

Indeed. A little thing that is worth noting is that his sheet contains lots of random pixel, for example the Raven Man, mine on the left, his on the right:

If you check his shoes, mine are in shades of yellow, his has shades of green, reds and yellows.
Edit: Started a game on the Japanese version and the only changes i saw was on the title screen:

There 2 little errors on the Tarot Card Effect but they are genuine, not too sure if its an emulator bug or if they are from the game though: the Devil horn is cut off in his slashing motion and Chariot's wave have a little square out of nowhere next to the wave.
Edit2: Dazz, did you realize you have 10% of the sheets submitted on this sites O.O. Pretty crazy when you think about it.
