oh hey! i'm back for this thread!
Finally i have extract Mario Kart: Double Dash!! characters voices.
i have noticed some voices has been re-used on later Mario Games (ML: Superstar Saga, Mario Kart DS, Mario Party 9 probably)
honestly, took me hours for searching Google for someone has tried to rip the voices. then finally i have find the scripts that reverse-engineer has leaving the files on the thread, but the requester has never been shared.
that was rarely to finds out, and i will being for public for everyone to use it.
