For some reason NifSkope doesn't want to open your Alphamon file, so I couldn't look at that. I did extract both Shoutmon's model and texture successfully, so here's that:

Sorry about that. When I tried the fix for the textures, I noticed that too. My bad.
Anyway, thanks for the help (how did you manage to get Shoutmon?), but I already had access to the textures for Shoutmon.
And thanks very much for the links, we'll hopefully be able to make a lot more progress now.

EDIT: Is this a normal message?

It doesn't seem to be putting all the files in the folder.
Also, have you submitted Shoutmon? If not, I'll do it and put your name on too for helping me.
