The .brstm files are audio files, that can be converted to .wav using VGSC. The .brar files are archives that can contain various other files, the one you gave specifically contained lots of audio files. They can be unpacked with this program, just drag the file onto the .exe, I think any .brstm files in it will automatically be converted to .wav.

.brres files are models, and .bin files usually contain random data that you probably won't need. If you just need to voices, the above information should be sufficient.

Thanks for the brsar unpack file! I got a bit of sound files from it. I tried the VGS converter, however, when I pressed the add file button and chose a file it did not appear on the program's list. When I drag and dropped the files and tried to convert them, the status put, "File isn't supported/doesn't exist." Also, there are over 10,000 .brstm files, is there a way to know which voice is whose?
