puggsoy is technically correct but to expand a little, direct edits will never be possible for members, regardless of who submitted the sheet. Staff can make direct edits and, when the feature is done, members will be able to submit revisions. The only real difference is that a revision gets queued for approval, just like a new submission, before actually going live on the site.
