[Tutorial] How to rip PS2 models v.2

now I am getting frustrated. THE MODEL IS SO TINY!!!! I tried making it bigger and ALL my 3D programs won't let me do it!!! and they have a small zoom limit and it stops zooming before i even get to the model!!! I don't think this is working. I CANNOT scale down. It is just impossible.


in 3ds max, the model is moving in the perceptive window and I lose it too quickly because it is getting smaller. and if I do fix it, it is just one pixel in that window!!!


please help me!!!

in 3dsmax there is a small button in the lower right corner called Zoom Extents. click that and it will put all objects in the viewport

ok. the scale tool is not scaling. it is just moving it up and down at one axis. what just happened? (I am supposed to get a yellow triangle and I don't see that.)
