Hey everyone, I've been wondering: What's everyone first (or fondest) gaming memory?
I'll start off with mine:
I was maybe 3 or 4 when we had an NES back in the day. I remember watching (with my siblings) my dad play Super Mario 3. It was almost mesmerizing seeing the characters move on the screen, the different power-ups, everything just grabbed my imagination. It was like seeing something magical happen before my eyes. The funny thing about this was that none of us wanted to play, but we wanted to watch our dad play, and were insistent on it.
Unfortunately, our NES broke and it was many years later that we got an N64. We would occasionally play games at our cousins house in-between then (they had a SNES) but I missed a big chunk of the 16-bit era.
