since i was born on the edge of the snes's lifetime and the beginning of the n64's, i vaguely remember watching my mom play a link to the past, donkey kong country, and kirby super star. specifically kirby super star stuck out to me because of how colorful it was, and for a good chunk of my life - when we lost several of our favorite games - marshmallow castle's theme was stuck in my head until i was surprised with a new copy of the game on my 9th birthday.

My Cousins had Kirby Super Star, it was a game that we would look forward to playing when we would go to their house; we would even try to remember and draw the partners after returning home. Kirby games have always been enjoyable experiences for me, it's one of the Nintendo franchises that's been leisurely and overall enjoyable to play in every iteration.
