I kinda was asking for specifics... Have a look at Chuckie on the previous page and tell me exactly why he doesn't fit in, please. (getting desperate)

Some things I can think of are no outlines (and therefore no selout) and shading that just looks like banding. Try studying the other sprites for correct shading.
Also, you should use some AA on things like eyes.
