It's one of those incredibly vague updates that creates a lot more questions because it's poorly described. In message boards with incredibly simple-minded users, some people have translated this information as meaning every standard attack leads into a finisher, which makes no sense and I have no idea why they came to that conclusion.
What I'd assume is either they got rid of them all together, it exists with a limited running time of the combo, or it exists and finishes once the comboed enemy is knocked back to a certain distance.
I'm pretty sure Mac's trailer features an instance of what Sakurai is describing in one of the early gameplay moments, I can't rewatched it now since I'm about to go to work, but that'll probably give us some idea since Little Mac appeared to have those kind of rapid attacks.
