if i may propose some criticism
bowser's body and shell look boxy, like he's literally made of cardboard. i think, with the shell, it's because of the dark highlights on the spikes being at such sharp angles.
sonic's nose is too obviously dark red, so it stands out a lot more than it should. try using a darker color for it.
also, his brow blends into his eyes too much at the tip due to the similarities in your blue and green shades. this is probably also in part because of the highlight on his brow leading to darker shading on it around the eyes. this is up to personal taste, but i don't like how the brow sticks out so much, and i feel like making it less prominent would make the whole face look better.
