I agree; in fact, I'd say her whole right arm is kind of odd. I think the forearm might be too long, or the joint point is not well defined (The forearm flows into the upper arm too smoothly.) In fact, I'm not sure you can bend the arm that way...
Despite her right foot being closer, it actually looks smaller than the other one. Its angle is also kind of weird.
Her head seems a little separated from the body, perhaps using another color for the line between the head and the neck? Maybe moving it back a pixel, considering her face angle.
The stick for the parasol doesn't look exactly straight, not sure if that's intended.
Also, it seems like the glasses frame for her right eye is missing.
For the guy, I'm not sure the effect you intended with the black on the sword is quite working out.
