This is a very nice image, but I was wondering if you could make your character have better anatomy. True, while most chibies tend to have not so good anatomy in the first place, it wouldn't hurt to add just a few more realistic qualities to further improve your artwork.

First of all, the legs look a little too stiff and having them bend a little bit more wouldn't hurt. Secondly, the arms and hands are not only freakishly thick/big, but they look more like the kind of limbs a rubber hose character would use (and I don't think that is what you are actually going for considering how she looks semi-realistic in the torso and legs). Also, this is more of a personal preference than anything, but the hair in the back does not seem to match the hair in the front very well. The color is one thing, but what really does not make it match is the general shape of it. Besides changing the color of the hair to match the front, I'd say you either make the hair in the back wider or you just remove it altogether. As it looks now, it is more like you pinned that bit of hair to the back of her head than it is actually growing out of the back of her head.

Anyway, I am not trying to sound harsh here, but you did ask for critique and it is the purpose of this forum to help budding artists become better at their craft. Sometimes, it can get frustrating to keep up with all the critiques and it may feel like that no matter how many changes you do, you just aren't going to get better. What you must not do is lose your cool and lash out to anyone who is trying to help you (not that I'm implying that you will do such a thing). All you need to do is smile, relax, and do your best to improve yourself. Once you eventually reach the point where you finally "mastered" being a good artist, the benefit is that you can actually deliberately break the "rules" of being an artist and experiment until you get a style you're happy with.

it's ok to suck, sucking is not bad, just try and aim to always do your best!
