I feel like there's always the chance that the Stage Boss for the Metroid stage could be Mecha Ridley or something. He didn't explicitly show Ridley, just his shadow. He could also be both. There's always the chance that when Ridley joins the fray, Alfalfa says "Let me do this for you"
