need help importing to gmod

I'm not experienced with this but as I understand it for models to be imported into GMod they need to be converted and I think rigged in a specific way as well. I'm pretty much clueless about it (and models in general), but the Help & Support forum in the GMod section of Facepunch might be a better place to ask.
