Errors

I tried making a new section for a game you guys didn't have yet so I could upload sounds for it. After trying to submit the new game, I was presented with a neat "not found" error that said "The requested URL /psp/pending/viewtifuljoeredhotrumble/ was not found on this server." I tried fooling around with the URL a bit to see if it ever actually got created but I didn't get anywhere. Taking out the "pending" part of it simply says the game could not be found on a normal page..

I re-checked the code and I can't see what was going on here. I checked the database and don't see a matching game anywhere so it seems like it wasn't created for some reason though I'm not entirely sure why that might be. Unfortunately, this means my previous advice won't work here but I would like to get to the bottom of this. Can you explain exactly what you did to wind up where you were?
