I don't know, she looked she shared a lot of Marth's moves. The side and Up B looked the same, and her most of her aerials looked the same or similar

The same was true for Roy.

There's also the picture of her taking off the mask that she has in the game. ...Marth doesn't have that.

I think it's safe to say that Lucina is her own character.
