I, too, am going to quote my post from the old topic:
I'm also growing quite fond of the Wii U Pro Controller as well. It's like a smaller, better, X360 controller.

PS1/2 because it's extremely comfortable and well-made, and fits my tiny girl hands very well, much more so than the fat, bulky Xbox 360 controller. Even though the PS3 controller keeps the same design as 1 and 2, I don't like it as much, only because its L2 and R2 buttons are very uncomfortable. Haven't tried the PS4 controller (I don't have a PS4 yet), so I can't say how I feel about that one.
GCN because the placement of buttons, analog stick responsiveness, and overall design is oozing with perfection.
Wii U because it's very comfy despite its huge size, has great touchscreen and gyroscope integration, and you can even take your game to its screen if someone else needs the TV for something. Plus, its triggers are digital rather than spring-loaded, which is perfect for action games.
Least favorites: N64, Xbox "Duke", and Dreamcast.
N64 because of its three-handled design, its strange button placement, its stiff analog stick, and its overall uncomfortable nature.
Duke because it's way too big and bulky, its button placement is terrible (ovular buttons and an XAYB layout rather than the standard ABXY or BAYX), and roughly 30% of it is taken up by the SYSTEM LOGO.
DC because of its square, spaceship shape, and its slippery analog stick (if your hands tend to sweat like mine do, then you'll find your thumb slipping off the analog stick constantly).
